I takes about 2-5 business days for prints to be made and shipping times are added on top of that. Here are some estimate shipping speeds:
3-5 business days via USPS
3-8 business days via FedEx SmartPost
|1-3 business days via FedEx|
|Canada||5-10 business days without tracking||1-5 business days via FedEx|
|Australia||10-20 business days without tracking||1-5 business days via FedEx|
|International from USA||10-20 business days without tracking||1-5 business days via FedEx|
|International from Europe||5-10 business days to Europe||1-5 business days via FedEx|
I need an address considered sufficient by the courier or the shipment will be returned. If your address isn’t sufficient, you will be liable for reshipment costs once you have provided me with the confirmed address.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
Contact me about misprinted/damaged/defective prints within 30 days after you have received the print. If your print was lost in transit, let me know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery.
I can’t take orders back and issues refunds for buyer’s remorse. I also don’t do exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for a different size print.
